Home-based Test Strips
It is an at home kit to test yourself to see if you have been "glutened". Patients still need to mail the strips in an envelope. But it beats having to go to the doctors office.
They also have tests to check to see if you are positive for Celiac Disease.

Dining Out and Celiac Disease
So much has been written, blogged, and vlogged about how to dine out gluten-free, and yet it all comes down to very simple steps: understand the diet, research your restaurants, ask questions, be prepared to not order your first choice, and always bring a back-up snack.

Gluten-free Bread Machine
I have always done my own bread in a pan, and sticking it in the oven, without any issues.
There were questions on using a bread maker months ago. I spent some time looking through the Celiac Disease/Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitive Support Group forums. To see if I could get a hold of any recipes that were related to gluten-free baking and bread makers.
This was one of the best recipes I could find. It has gluten-free bread made in a pan, dinner rolls, and gluten free bread in a bread maker.

I totally agree to this from a personal level. Gluten messed up my mind far more than 'brain fog'.
