Came across this Youtube video today about gluten-intolerance. Think she went into great detail of how gluten-intolerance works in the human body, and many other questions someone might be wondering being recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, wheat sensitivity, or intolerance. Of course it is only talking about gluten-intolerance, not Celiac Disease, but Celiac Disease is also related to gluten.

Home-based Test Strips
It is an at home kit to test yourself to see if you have been "glutened". Patients still need to mail the strips in an envelope. But it beats having to go to the doctors office.
They also have tests to check to see if you are positive for Celiac Disease.

Gluten-free Bread Machine
I have always done my own bread in a pan, and sticking it in the oven, without any issues.
There were questions on using a bread maker months ago. I spent some time looking through the Celiac Disease/Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitive Support Group forums. To see if I could get a hold of any recipes that were related to gluten-free baking and bread makers.
This was one of the best recipes I could find. It has gluten-free bread made in a pan, dinner rolls, and gluten free bread in a bread maker.

Very informative, thank you! It makes a lot of sense. I was told that I'd be very unlikely to be diagnosed for Coeliac's Disease because of my Asian heritage, but her talk mentioned that the O Blood Type is more prone to gluten-insensitivity and that could be a possibility for me.
